Responsibility Includes:

  • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, content marketing, and display advertising
  • Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize ROI
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce engaging content for various digital platforms
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices
  • Manage social media accounts, creating content and growing the community across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for content marketing initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and campaigns
  • Oversee website analytics and collaborate with the web development team to optimize user experience and conversion rates
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.)
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for business growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in email marketing, content creation, and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) to create digital content
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
  • Previous experience with influencer marketing or affiliate marketing
